North Yorkshire Police – PCSO 3521 Diane Smith from the Neighbourhood Police Team, Elizabeth Pritchard-Jenkins, a Domestic Abuse Officer, and a member of IDAS (independent domestic abuse service) will talk about how NYP deal with Domestic Abuse incidents from the start to maintaining support afterwards.

Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO, Pastry chef to Queen Elizabeth II – Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO, has worked within some of the world’s finest hotels and Michelin star restaurants and as Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Royal Pastry Chef.

Kathryn now has her own business in the Yorkshire Dales, and creates handcrafted luxurious chocolates, bespoke occasion cakes using world class craftsmanship and high-quality sustainably sourced ingredients.

Kathryn will speak about her 35 year career as a professional pastry chef and the start of her chocolate business.

Tennants Auction House – Join Director Jo Fletcher-Lee and Jewellery Specialist Jessica Fall who will share the history of Tennants and how a company with its roots in Wensleydale has grown to become an international player in the world of Fine Art Auctions. 

The talk will explain how Antiques and Fine Art combine with Entertainment and Hospitality.  Jessica will provide insights into the Jewellery department at Tennants, one of the company’s most high profile and successful disciplines.

With plenty of time for questions and answers, the talk will provide an opportunity to find out more about this fascinating and fast-moving business.
